Sales / Designer Team Member Role
Job Description:
Seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer to help customers with product choices and designing kitchens and bathrooms. Designer must give clear design advice while applying skills and knowledge to make the customers buying decision easier.
This position is for a self- starter, well organized, creative person who is eager to create new business and provide outstanding customer service and follow-up.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting customer on the sales floor and determining their wants and needs
- Working with clients to design their dream kitchen or bath
- Quoting projects and closing sales
- Accurately measuring spaces for new cabinet projects and designs
- Working with project managers and contractors to ensure successful installations
- Following up in a prompt and professional manner with customers on all requests or concerns
Job Requirements:
- Experience designing and selling Kitchen and Bath projects
- Retail sales experience
- Experience managing Kitchen and Bath projects, including working with cabinet installers
- Experience designing and quoting projects with 20/20 design software and multiple cabinet catalogs
- Experience qualifying customer needs and wants for projects
- A good understanding of all Kitchen and bath product specifications, product suitability, and price points
- Must have access to reliable transportation to get to work, and to visit customer's homes and have an open and flexible work availability to include weekends
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and be willing to learn our operating system
