Homecrest
1969 had an energy all its own. It brought us Woodstock and set the stage for Watergate. It was a year of small steps for man and giant leaps for cabinetry, as a small factory in Goshen, Indiana cranked out peace, love and happiness one quality cabinet at a time. Forty years later, Homecrest is a brand still in tune with the tastes of the time. One that offers styles and finishes that bridge the gap between years past and fashion forward, mind-blowing organization and time-honored reverence for craftsmanship.

Marsh Furniture
In 1906, Julius Everett Marsh, Sr. founded the Marsh Furniture Company. From his one-room shop in High Point, North Carolina, Marsh and his crew of dedicated carpenters crafted functional and decorative furniture for the kitchen at a time when the “kitchen cabinet” was relatively unheard of. At the turn of the century, furniture was made for the bedroom, dining room or den (not the kitchen). These first ornate freestanding cupboards, or “kitchen safes,” were sold through retail stores and met with enthusiasm from consumers.
